This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment action filed by the Appellant, Country Mutual Insurance Company, to determine whether certain injuries and damages were covered under an automobile policy issued by Appellant. The trial court entered judgment for the injured parties and against Country Mutual after •the parties had submitted a joint stipulation of facts and filed cross motions for summary judgment.
