This is an action on a life insurance policy. The petition is formal and need not be set out here. It alleged that on August 10, 1928, in consideration of an annual premium of $22.43, payable each year for twenty years, defendant issued its policy for one thousand dollars on the life of Amelia Louisa Heuring, then twelve years of age, and that her father, the plaintiff, was beneficiary; that while the policy was in force, the insured died October 20, 1933.
