(“Uni-Petrol”) seeks the permission of this Court, pursuant to Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Fed.R.Civ.P. 15, made applicable by Rule 7015 of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Bankr.R.Proc. 7015, to file an amended petition under § 304 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 304 (1984) (the “Code”).
