Appeal from St. Clair Circuit Court. — Hon. John D. Parkinson, Judge.

— Defendant was indicted and convicted of stealing a steer in St. Clair comity. The instructions were unexceptionable, and were based upon sufficient evidence. The defendant is not represented in this court by counsel, so we have examined the motion for a new trial in the endeavor to discover if any substantial error has occurred, and will give the results of that examination.
