OPINION

This is an action for damages for personal injuries, brought by Carl Jaleneis, a minor, against The Joseph Kalill and Jackson Company, In the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

At the close of plaintiff’s evidence in' the trial court the defendant moved for a directed verdict in its favor, which motion was overruled, and then renewed at the close of all the evidence and again overruled.
