The First National Bank of Pennsylvania (the "Bank") objects to the secured claim of the Columbia Association, Inc. (the "Association"). The parties dispute whether the Association holds a lien against the real property owned by debtor, Stein Properties Inc. (the "Debtor"), for unpaid Association fees and charges.
