HEFFERNAN, Chief Justice.

This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a judgment and order of the circuit court of Milwaukee county. The defendant, Kevin Richards, was found guilty of aggravated battery following a jury trial presided over by Judge Ralph Adam Fine. Following the entry of judgment and sentence, a motion for a new trial was brought before Judge Rudolph Randa. The motion was denied.
