On a former day of this term this appeal, from the district court of Dallas county, was dismissed on motion of appellee for want of jurisdiction. Appellant has filed a motion for rehearing, insisting that the court erred in such ruling.

The specific question involved is whether the district court erred in dismissing for want of jurisdiction the appeal from a judg- merit in the county court decreeing appellant to be of unsound mind. All the proceedings bad in the county court were in strict conformity. to the provisions of chapter 12, tit. 69, R. O. S. 1925.…
