ARONOYITZ, District Judge.

THIS CAUSE came on for an evidentiary hearing before the Court upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Class Certification (D.N. 101). At the hearing held Monday, December 9, 1985, counsel for all parties appeared, called witnesses, introduced documents, and presented their views on whether or not the instant Cause should be certified as a class action pursuant to Federal Rule of *452Civil Procedure 23.
