THIS MATTER comes before the Court on a Motion for Severance from Co- Defendants (Doc. 169), filed by Defendant Kacey Lamunyon on September 7, 2007, and on a Motion for Severance (Doc. 172), filed by Defendant Eugenio Medina on September 10, 2007. The United States filed responses to the motions, Mr. Lamu-nyon and Mr. Medina have each filed replies to the responses, and I heard evidence relating to, and argument on, both motions at a hearing conducted on December 5, 2007.
