Plaintiff Sisavang Danouvong, the daughter of decedent Sang Danouvong and administratrix of his estate, brings suit against Defendant Life Insurance Company of North America (“LINA”) challenging LINA’s denial of a claim for benefits under a Group Accident Policy (the “Policy”).
