Before this Court are Respondents' 1 preliminary objections (POs) and the Department's Application for Summary Relief 2 to Petitioner Keystone ReLeaf LLC's Amended Petition for Review in the Nature of a Complaint in Equity Seeking a Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief (Amended Petition) in this Court's original jurisdiction.
