American Bonding Company brought a nullity action to set aside two appearance bond forfeiture judgments. The district court held that the action was not brought timely. Petitioner appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

The defendant, Scott J. Molitor, was charged with theft in violation of La.R.S. 14:67. On August 20, 1992, Molitor and American Bonding Company (American) provided two appearance bonds to obtain Molitor’s release from custody pending resolution of criminal proceedings.
