Nichols, Judge.

Under the decision in Aetna Cos. &c. Co. v. Pulliam, 99 Ga. App. 406 (108 S. E. 2d 823), the finding that the deceased employee died of an. accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment was authorized.

Both the claimant and the deceased had been married previously, and the contention of the employer and insurer is that no marriage existed between the claimant and the deceased at the time of the death of the deceased because of previous undissolved marriages.
