This is an appeal from a decree granting a permanent injunction restoring possession of residential premises to the petitioner-appellee. The respondents-appellants were enjoined from interfering with the tenant’s possession by self-help or legal action predicated upon any rights asserted under a conveyance of the premises from respondent Margaret A. Wong to respondent Gladys M. Siler, her daughter, so long as the Rent Control Ordinance of the City and County of Honolulu remains in effect.
