The defendant bases this application on six different grounds ; the first and sixth of which properly concern the meritsj while the others relate only to the regularity and validity of the proceedings.

*55The first objection, which grows out of the alleged substitution of the trust deed for the mortgage and the judgment of foreclosure thereon, was brought before this court, in the first district.
