Appellant Jennifer K. Malone Hester appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Hester sued her former employer, Friedkin Adventure Companies (“Friedkin Adventure”), for breach of a contract to pay her a bonus for a business suggestion. She also sued Friedkin Companies, Inc. (“Friedkin Companies”), Gulf States Toyota, Inc. (“Gulf States Toyota”), Gulf States Financial Services, Inc.
