R. C. Camp brought suit against the Curry-Arrington Company. The jury trying the case returned a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff filed a motion for a new trial. On March 9, 1933, plaintiff filed in the office of the clerk of the trial court a brief of the evidence in the case. The motion for a new trial came on for hearing on March 18, 1933, at which time the plaintiff presented to the court, for approval, the brief of evidence filed on March 9, 1933.
