The question presented on this appeal is whether The Daily Legal News, printed and published in the city of Little Rock, has become and is now a “newspaper” within the meaning- of § 6807, Crawford & Moses’ Digest.

In an opinion delivered on May 2, 1932, reported in 185 Ark., at page 748, 49 S. W. (2d) 371, under the style of Continental Life Insurance Co. v. Mahoney, it was held that this publication was not a newspaper within the meaning of § 6807, Crawford & Moses’ Dig-est, which section of the statute authorizes and directs the publication of certain legal notices in newspapers.
