Helmick, United States District Judge *730Before me are several motions.1 First, Defendants have requested the disclosure of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ("FISA") material and the suppression of the evidence obtained or derived from electronic surveillance and physical searches conducted under FISA Titles I and III. (Doc, No. 148 at 1; Doc. No. 156 at 1.) These motions are denied.
