The appellant and defendant below, Sovereign Camp Woodmen of the World, on November 9,1901, issued and delivered its beneficiary certificate to A. William Hornung (whom we shall refer to as the insured), who was the husband of the appellee and plaintiff below, Benea Hornung, who was made the beneficiary therein, and in the certificate defendant agreed to pay, on certain conditions, to the beneficiary upon the death of the insured occurring after two years from the date of the certificate, the sum of $1,000.00 and the further sum of *382$100.00 for the…
