This was a suit in equity in the nature of creditors hill brought by M. J. Hulsey, as Trustee in Bankruptcy for the Skinner Machinery Company. The defendants named in the bill, L. B. Skinner, B. C. Skinner and B. W. Skinner, were sued as directors of the bankrupt corporation. The object of the suit purports to be to recover in the name of the trustee in bankruptcy, for the benefit of the creditors of Skinner Machinery Company, the bankrupt, a personal decree against each of.the defendant directors for whatever liability may be found to exist against them, or any or all of them, as directors,…
