MAUS, Presiding Judge.

Ronald W. Cope (husband) and Phyllis A. Cope (wife) were married on June 8, 1968. They separated on March 8, 1989. Their marriage was dissolved on October 23, 1989. An amended decree entered on December 14, 1989 basically confirmed the distribution of the marital property and assignment of the payment of marital debts set forth in the original decree. The trial court denied maintenance. It placed the parties’ three daughters in their joint legal custody and in the primary physical custody of wife.
