| r This ⅛ a suit for damages resulting from a total knee replacement in which one component of a two-part interlocking knee implant device was not the proper size. The.plaintiffs filed a writ application after no action was taken in the trial court on a Motion to Substitute Counsel and Motion for Recusal they filed. They filed this appeal after their claims against the defendants were dismissed on summary judgment. The writ application was consolidated with this appeál.
