This action was brought by J. M. Dunlap and 17 other citizens of Stonewall county against T. B. Hardin, county judge of Stonewall county, the several members of the commissioners’ court, and Mrs. Sophia Caldwell and her husband, N. 'K. Caldwell, seeking a mandatory injunction requiring the said county judge, commissioners’ court, and the Caldwells to remove alleged obstructions from a public road which the plaintiffs alleged had been legally established.
