Plaintiff Iris Arc (“Iris”) brings this action alleging copyright infringement in violation of the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 101, et seq., and unfair competition under the common law of New York by defendants S.S. Sarna, Inc. (“Sarna”) and Satnam Sarna, its president. Plaintiff has moved for preliminary injunctive relief, seeking to enjoin defendants from manufacturing or marketing certain crystal sculptures which allegedly infringe on its copyrights.
