— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Marasco, J.), rendered February 18, 1983, convicting him of attempted *764robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of attempted robbery in the first degree in satisfaction of several pending charges. Prior to imposing sentence, the court erroneously stated that defendant had pleaded guilty to attempted burglary in the first degree.
