OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Thomas and Margaret Romine own property that abuts property owned by James and Nancy Gagle. The Romines brought in truckloads of fill dirt and raised the elevation of a certain portion of their land such that, according to the Gagles, water no longer drained from the Gagles' property. The Gagles filed suit against the Romines. The Romines appeal from the subsequent judgment of the court awarding the Gagles compensatory and punitive damages, as well as granting an injunction and an easement requested by the Gagles.
