Oing, J.), entered June 14, 2012, which granted plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability on the Labor Law § 240 (1) cause of action as against defendants 1 World Trade Center LLC and Tishman Construction Corporation, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
