William Otero and James Woods were convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute at least 500 grams of cocaine (count one), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 846 *396and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Additionally, Woods was convicted of knowingly using a communication facility in committing the conspiracy (count two), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b), and Otero was convicted of maintaining a place and intentionally making the place available for the purpose of unlawfully distributing a controlled substance (count three), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §…
