This is an application arising upon an order to show cause containing a temporary injunction, signed by Mr. Justice Blackmar on February 6, 1913. It appears from the complaint and moving papers that the plaintiffs are the owners of certain parcels of real property abutting on both sides of Seventy-ninth street, in the borough of Brooklyn, between Fourth avenue and the Shore road, and that the fee of said Seventy-ninth street in front of their premises, respectively, is vested in the abutting owners, subject only to the easement of the public for usual and ordinary street purposes; that…
