Appellee’s motion to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction in this court is granted.

The attempted appeal is from a judgment rendered, signed and filed on September 20, 1965, which set aside a prior judgment rendered, signed and filed in the same court 87 days prior thereto on June 25, 1965.
