This controversy involves numerous disputes between the plaintiffs, certain of the interpleaded defendants and the guardian ad litem on the one hand, and the defendants on the other, regarding the management of a trust which was created in 1914. The record, which is unusually voluminous, contains hundreds of exhibits, among which are extensive audits and analyses by the accountants for the respective parties.
