On May 12, 1966, the incorporators of Community Legal Services, Inc., made application to this court for a charter under the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of May 5, 1933, P. L. 289, as amended, 15 PS §7001. Upon request of the incorporators, the court waived the appointment of a master and decided itself to sit and hear the application. Two lawyers, members of the bar, appeared pro se as objectors.
