Plaintiff-appellant Brink’s Limited (Brink’s) appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Baer, /., granting defendant-appellee South African Airways’ motion for partial summary judgment and entering judgment against South African Airways (SAA) in the amount of $1,522.
