Plaintiff/Appellant, Patricia Gracianette (“Ms. Gracianette”), appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation, whereby, the Workers’ Compensation Judge (“WCJ”) found in favor of Defendant/Appellee, Emeril’s Restaurant (“Em-eril’s”) and against Ms. Gracianette. The WCJ ruled that Ms. Gracianette was not entitled to reinstatement and/or continued workers’ compensation indemnity or medical benefits.
