Plaintiff, Jason Warden, filed this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, (“ERISA”) 29 U.S.C. § 1132 against the Defendant, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s (“MetLife”) for judicial review of MetLife’s decision to terminate Plaintiffs long term disability(“LTD”) benefits under a policy provided by Plaintiffs former employer.
