Industrias Metálicas Marva, Inc. (“Marva”) brings this patent infringement action alleging that Lausell Aluminum Jealousies, Inc. (“Lausell”) window model Super Guard 2000 and its variations include louver assemblies that infringe on Marva’s patent.
