As lessees or former lessees of shopping center space, Park Place Café, Inc. d/b/a Park Place Café, McKendrick’s, LLC d/b/a McKen-drick’s Steakhouse, Claudia Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Mi Spia, and McKendrick Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Elan of Atlanta brought this action for fraud and conversion against Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) and Taylor & Mathis IV, L.P.
