Dunbar, C. J.

— A joint and several judgment was heretofore rendered in this court in favor of W. B. Hanna and Mollie Hanna, and against George M. Savage, Walter J. Thompson and Henry Drum as principals, and Robert Wingate et al. as sureties, for the full amount of the judgment, and this is a petition by the sureties to vacate or modify said judgment.

The following is a copy of the bond:
