OPINION
JOAN LLOYD, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this appeal, Debtor Ernest K. Henry (pro se) appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s Order Dismissing Case. The Bankruptcy Court held that the Debtor-Appellant failed to timely file an amended Chapter 13 plan. For the reasons set forth below, the Bankruptcy Court’s ruling dismissing the case is affirmed.
