This appeal involves an action brought by Floyd Propst, the administrator of an estate, against Robin Morgan, the administra-trix of another estate. The suit renewed an earlier action voluntarily dismissed by Propst. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Propst and the court entered a judgment thereon. Morgan filed a notice of appeal.
