Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Warren County (Hall, J.), rendered January 14, 2009, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of aggravated sexual abuse in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
