The real question in the case, and the only one upon which the appellant relies for a reversal of the judgment, is that the sidewalk where the accident happened was not in one of the public streets of the city, which it was bound by law to keep in a safe condition, but that such street sidewalk was a part of the bridge owned by the county of Wood, and for the sufficiency of which said county was alone responsible.
