The bankruptcy trustee appeals the bankruptcy court’s decision dismissing the trustee’s complaint to avoid and recover as fraudulent the transfer, within one year of the filing of an involuntary chapter 7 bankruptcy petition, of $357,000.00 to Red River Entertainment of Shreveport, Partnership in Commendam d/b/a Harrah’s Shreveport Casino (Harrah’s) by Murray F.
