The Amalgamated Trust & Savings Bank, as trustee, filed a complaint for unpaid rent against the Conrad Kern Company, Inc. The complaint alleged that the parties had orally agreed to a month-to-month lease at $1,200 a month, that Kern occupied the leased premises from November 1, 1971, to September 30, 1972, but had failed to pay rent for August and September 1972. The complaint was amended to add Dolton Industrial Park and Real Estate Services Corporation as plaintiffs, but neither one was identified in the amended complaint or elsewhere in the record.
