This is an appeal from an order entered in the "Wayne county circuit court in chancery by which the default of Bernice Samonek, one of the defendants in a mortgage foreclosure suit, was set aside 3 years and 4 months after the decree was entered in the foreclosure case; and incident to vacating the default she was permitted to file an answer by which the issue is sought to be presented as to whether plaintiff was entitled to a money decree against Bernice Samonek.
