This is a bill in chancery addressed to the Circuit Court of Logan county, Illinois, and filed by appellee against appellant, by which it is sought to have canceled, because of alleged fraudulent misrepresentations, a certain contract between the parties for the exchange of appellee’s farm in the State of Minnesota for a lot of ground in Clinton, DeWitt county, Illinois, belonging to appellant and further to enjoin appellant from placing of record such contract, thereby creating a cloud upon the title to appellee’s farm.
