These are proceedings instituted in the land court for the registration of title to land. The applicant is the “Corporation of The President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,” also known as the “Mormon Church (Latter Day Saints).” The prayer is that its title to an undivided one-half interest in certain parcels of land be registered. Other claimants appeared contest ing the claims of the petitioner. The petitioner claims under the provisions of the will of Mrs. Kilikina Unea.
