CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is Act Y of a legal drama that began in 1991 and has encompassed an administrative hearing, two sets of proceedings in the district court and a prior appeal to this court. At this juncture, Tana Waid appeals from a jury verdict which found that Merrill Area Public Schools did not intend to discriminate on the basis of Waid’s sex when it declined to offer her a permanent teaching position.
